INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of Office Supplies
1) The Municipal Government of Libona, Bukidnon, through the Municipal General Services Office intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos and Fifty Centavos (₱2, 652, 450.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Libona, Bukidnon now invites bids for Procurement of Office Supplies using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid. Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, and Testing of the Goods is required Forty Five (45) Working Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Fifty Percent (50%) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
