Description : PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR BARANGAY GUN-OB, LAPU-LAPU CITY
The Barangay Government of Gun-ob, Lapu-Lapu City, through the General Fund (CY 2026), intends to apply the sum of PESOS: TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY-THREE (₱ 279, 393.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Office Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay Government of Gun-ob now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Barangay Hall of Gun-ob, Lapu-Lapu City, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
