PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES (1ST QUARTER)
1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the MOOE Funds (Various Offices) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eight Thousand Ninety Five Pesos & 92/100 (Php308, 095.92) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Office Supplies (1st Quarter), at Sumilao, Bukidnon being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, now invites supplier for Procurement of Office Supplies (1st Quarter), Sumilao, Bukidnon using the mode of Procurement under Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Delivery of the Goods is required 10 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
