The Samar State University (SSU), through its Bids and Awards Committee, shall undertake Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement of the following items not available in the DBM-PS price list in accordance with Rule IV Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act. No. 12009 for the Procurement of Office Signage and other Printables (Please see attached specification) with an Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) amounting to Php. 212, 488.00.
