Description : The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE UNIVERSITY (OMSU) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the Office Productivity Application Software- MIS Main (OMSU RFQ 26-041) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred One Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos (Php901, 368.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the IRR of RA No. 12009 or the NEW GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT ACT.
