1. Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Baganga, through the General Fund - Municipal Mayor-s Office (Trust Fund - Provincial Aid) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Furnitures and Fixtures. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Project Details
The LGU of Baganga now invites bids for the Procurement of Rice using Public Bidding procedures under RA 12009. Delivery of goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days.
Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years prior to the submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II - Instructions to Bidders.
