INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of office equipment for the office of the Sangguniang Bayan
The Municipality of Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the LGU Annual Budget FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1, 255, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of office equipment for the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan
1) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Titay now invites bids for the Procurement of office equipment for the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
