1. The Local Government Unit of Jimenez, Misamis Occidental through the MEEDO unds intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifteen Pesos & 47/100 ( Php 689, 615.47) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Equipment for JMEEDPU Office, LGU- Jimenez, Misamis Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Jimenez now invites bids for Procurement of Office Equipment for JMEEDPU Office, LGU- Jimenez, Misamis Occidental. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
