1. The PhilHealth Regional Office VIII, through the approved Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Pesos (₱2, 020, 530.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Equipment (Generator Set) with Invitation to Bid No. OE-2026-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PhilHealth Regional Office VIII now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
