Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND OTHER SUPPLIES
The Municipality of Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱750, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Office Equipment and Other Supplies with Solicitation Number 26-08-055. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Magsingal now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required by September 24, 2026 (30 Calendar Days). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
