PROCUREMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Php: 146, 100.00

2. Source of Fund: 70% LDRRMF C.Y 2026

3. Price Quotation should be inclusive of the 5% Final VAT and expanded withholding tax (EWT) of 1%

4. Price quotation shall be valid within Seven (7) calendar day from the deadline of submission of RFQ.

5. Evaluation of the quoted price will be conducted on a “basis/per item.

6. Delivery period 10 days after receipt of Notice of Award/PO.

7. If awarded the contract, processing and payment shall be made within ten (10) working days after complete delivery and final acceptance of the items.

8. Refusal to accept an award maybe ground for imposition of administrative sanctions under Rule XIII of the Revised IRR of RA 9184.
