Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;(I) Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance;(II) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip of Assessment Year (AY)(2023-2024/2024-2025) that proof the taxation clearance.(III) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate.(IV) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods (CC Camera /Face & Fingerprint Time Attendance system) of minimum TK. 12.00 Lakh under 01 (One) contracts successfully completed the last 5 years in the Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous organizations.(V). The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk. 18.00 Lakh (This will be given by the proper format). The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in e-GP portal.
