LOT 1- 1 unit Village Type Corn Postharvest Processing Equipment
1. Two (2) Units Corn on Cob Dryer
with total capacity of 20 metric tons (2
units x 10 MT) with moisture
reduction rate of 0.63% per hour at
70oC drying air temperature (can dry
corn-on-cob intermediate moisture to
20%MC at 70oC drying air
temperature
2. One (1) unit Sheller with output
capacity of 6 metric tons per hour
3. One (1) unit Recirculating Batch Type
Grain Dryer with 12 metric tons load capacity at 20% moisture content that
dries to final moisture content at 14%
at 90oC drying air temperature
(minimum Moisture reduction
capacity of 1.5% per hour at 90oC)
4. One (1) unit Biomass Furnace with
indirect-fired and automatic
temperature control for corn-on cob
dryer and grain dryer furnace must
provide heat energy for heating the
drying air and is capable of heating
ambient air to drying temperature of
120oC
5. One (1) unit Bagging Bin with 12
metric tons holding capacity
6. Total system capacity daily output of
12 metric tons with 14% moisture
content of corn grains
7. All system operations are operated and
controlled by the central control panel
8. All electric motors are single phase
220V or 3 phase if available in the site
9. Bucket elevators & all conveyors must
perform with minimal corn-oncob/
grain spills
10. All equipment should comply to
pertinent PAES material and
performance specifications as tested
by AMTEC
11. With 1 year warranty
12. With intensive Operators
Training, Testing and Commissioning
prior to the Turn-over of the facility to
recipients and with lifetime aftersales
services.

LOT 2- Village Type Corn Postharvest Processing Dryer Shed
1.Floor area, 15m x 25m=375 square meters
(minimum)

4.Should fully accommodate the dryers,
sheller, furnace and accessories inside the
dryer shed
5.Long span G.I. roof trusses, reinforced
concrete columns, reinforced steel
columns, reinforced concrete flooring,
long span G.I. sheet walls
6.Rib Type, long span roofing (green color)
7.With 3-25 KVA, 220V
8.With tarpaulin signage during the
construction
9.Design and materials should comply to
pertinent Philippine Building Code
