FOR THE Procurement of Supply and Installation of Earthquake Recording Instrument (ERI) at ACAS Building
1) The Cebu Normal University, through the General Appropriations Act - Continuing Appropriations 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php800, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Installation of Earthquake Recording Instrument (ERI) at ACAS Building for Bid No. 26-08-193. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Cebu Normal University now invite bids for Procurement of Supply and Installation of Earthquake Recording Instrument (ERI) at ACAS Building using the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) Award Criteria. Delivery of the Service is required within Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
