1. The Department of Education-Division of Masbate City, through the FY GAA 2026 Current Appropriation intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (Php4, 818, 990.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Nutritious Food Products (NUTRIPACKS-DIFFERENT VARIETIES) for School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Beneficiaries- LOT 2
2) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
3) The Department of Education-Division of Masbate City now invites bids for Project no. GOODS 2026-05-004 using Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifty-One (51) Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 50% from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
