PROCUREMENT OF NUTRITIOUS FOOD PRODUCTS (NFP) FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL BASED FEEDING PROGRAM (SBFP)- SY 2026-2027- REBIDDING
1) The Department of Education Division of Davao del Norte (DepEd-DavNor), through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act(GAA) intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Forty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Four Pesos Only (Php 12, 741, 784.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Nutritious Food Products for the Implementation of the School Based Feeding Program (SBFP)- SY 2026-2027- Rebidding. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Education Division of Davao del Norte now invites bids for mentioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required one hundred sixty-five (165) calendar days.
