1) The Department of Education (DepEd)- Schools Division Office of Science City of Munoz, through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand One Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (PhP 4, 998, 125.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
