Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF NUTRITIOUS FOOD PACKS (NFP) FOR SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM SY 2026-2027
1) The Department of Education - Schools Division of Batangas City, through the FY 2026 GAA R.A. No. 12314 with Sub-ARO No. RO-4A-26-1101 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million Four Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twelve Pesos Only (P21, 479, 612.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Nutritious Food Packs (NFP) for School-Based Feeding Program SY 2026-2027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Education - Schools Division of Batangas City now invites bids for Procurement of Nutritious Food Packs (NFP) for School-Based Feeding Program SY 2026-2027 using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid. Delivery of the Goods is required from June 15, 2026 to October 20, 2026.
