Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Nutritious Food Products (NUTRIBUN) for School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Beneficiaries-LOT 1
1. The Department of Education-Division of Masbate City, through the FY 2026 GAA Current Appropriation intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos Only (Php3, 436, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Nutritious Food Products (Nutribun) for School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Beneficiaries- LOT 1
2) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
3) The Department of Education-Division of Masbate City now invites bids for Project no. GOODS 2026-05-003 using Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required Forty (40) Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 50% from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
