The Government of Jamaica (GOJ), through the United Nations Environment Programme, has received financing from the Global Environment Facility (GEF). The GOJ intends to apply part of the proceeds to implement the National Sub-Project 1.4 Biodiversity Mainstreaming in Coastal landscapes within the Negril Environmental Protection Area of Jamaica, for the engagement of a Consultant. The Consultant will undertake Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Drone) Programme. The purpose of the consultancy is to develop and implement an unmanned aerial vehicle (Drone) programme for land use surveying, ecosystems assessment and enforcement to deliver content on the natural resources of the Negril Environmental Protection Area.

Bid Submission Date: Proposals must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than 3:00 p.m Jamaica time on Monday, 06 July 2020. Late Proposals will be automatically rejected by the system.

The Bidder must provide, with Proposal a valid copy of their Tax Compliance Letter (TCL)/Tax Compliance Certificate from the Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ).
