The subject of procurement is the procurement of downloading services for further recovery of non -fertilized waste KBO 20 01 08, and in accordance with the addition of x, the waste catalog, the waste management rulebook (Official Gazette 106/22:138/24) and the Law on Waste Management (NN 84/21, 142/23), Article 4 territorial field of public service from public service users when performing waste management activities.
Bioatdad is biologically decomposable waste from gardens and parks, food and kitchen waste from households, restaurants, catering and retail facilities and similar waste from food industry in accordance with Article 4 of paragraph 1, item 3 of the Waste Management Act (OG 84/21, 142/23).
Biodegradable waste is every waste or part of waste subject to anaearious or aerobic breakdown, such as waste from gardens, food waste and paper and cardboard.
Biootpad is not intended for disposal on landfill in accordance with Article 39 (1) (9) of the Waste Management Act (Official Gazette 84/21, 142/23).
"At the waste landfill, it is prohibited to disposal separately collected waste for the purpose of preparing for re -use and recycling in accordance with Article 22 of this Law, except for the waste that arises separately The collected waste for which the disposal gives the best outcome for the environment in accordance with the waste management hierarchy. "
