2. Price quoted must be inclusive of all charges acceptable by law.
3. COD is not allowed.
4. Price validity shall be for the period until the delivery of the above-named item/s.
5. Each kit shall be individually packed, with LGUlogo, to facilitate easy and fast distribution.
