Tender Details
The existing printing infrastructure of the elementary school and the municipal administration of Münsingen comes from two different manufacturers/suppliers. It was procured for a term of five years in 2018. The municipality of Münsingen decided to rewrite the procurement, operation and maintenance of the printers and multifunction devices (MFP) for the period from 01.09.2024 to 31.08.2029. It is important to take into account that the municipal administration is expected to move to a new building in early 2027. As of today, the administrative departments are distributed over four buildings. In the future, all departments will be accommodated under one roof, which will change the needs of printing. The tender provides for the procurement of the following components: • Printer and MFP leasing contract for the municipal administration including Infrawerke and the elementary school • Maintenance/service contract • Introduction/training • Optional: Follow-Me solution
