To support IDW, we are looking for an experienced partner in the area of IT network system engineering with a proven focus on Cisco technologies. The scope of services includes in particular: * Technical support for conceptual issues in the network environment (MAN, LAN, WLAN, data center networks), especially in connection with updates, new releases as well as the evaluation and introduction of new technologies * Project support and technical participation in infrastructure projects with a focus on IT networks * Support for automation and standardization in the area of IT networks * Temporary support in the event of resource bottlenecks within the IDW, mostly on site, in exceptional cases and also remotely after prior agreement * Support with error analysis in the IT network area, including opening, processing and tracking of TAC support cases with the manufacturer Cisco Systems. The provider undertakes to provide all services required within the scope of this order professionally, on time and in accordance with the technical and technical requirements.
