Description : SCOPE OF WORK
The prospective bidder shall provide:
• Supply, delivery, installation, testing and configuration of a fully configured NAS solution and components
• Integration of proposed enterprise solution with IPOPHL systems.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training
• All required project documentation and deliverables, including but not limited to as-built designs, user manuals, hardware and software test results, warranty bonds and certificates, and training certifications.
• Three years of warranty and technical support through onsite and remote troubleshooting, along with hardware replacement services and provision of firmware updates and security patches.
BIDDERS QUALIFICATIONS
• The prospective bidder must have been continuously operating for at least ten (10) years in providing information technology products and services.
• Must submit valid and latest certification of the product being offered from any of the product manufacturers, local offices, or local distributors that states the following:
o Must have global presence and commercially available in the Philippines for at least 5 year...
