1) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, through the CY 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the total amount of Sixty-Three Million Four Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Pesos (₱63, 462, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract on the bidding for the Procurement of Network Access Control Solution under Identification Number (ID No.): NACS 2026-04-ITRB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation now invites bids for the Procurement of Network Access Control Solution. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years (June 9, 2021 - June 8, 2026) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
