Procurement of Municipal Healthcare Digital Transformation and Revenue Optimization Program
1. The Municipal Government of Baganga, through the General Fund-Supplemental Budget No. 1, intends to apply the sum of ₱10, 000, 000.00 (Ten Million Pesos Only) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services: Municipal Healthcare Digital Transformation and Revenue Optimization Program. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
2. The Municipal Government of Baganga now invites consulting firms to submit proposals for the above project. The contract shall be completed within 90 calendar days, with deliverables including:
o Inception Report (within 15 days)
o Interim Progress Report (within 45 days)
o Final Report and System Turnover (within 90 days)
