Description : The Municipal Government of Atok, Benguet now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF MULTIVITAMINS TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO MALNOURISHED PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN THE MUNICIPALITY with the following description:

1. 300 bottles FORTE SYRUP WITH TAURINE AND DOUBLE CGF + ZINC, 240 ML

2. 150 bottles VITAMIN B-COMPLEX, LYSINE, BUCLIZINE HCL, KIDS SYRUP, 250 ML

3. 100 bottles FORTE DROPS WITH TAURINE AND CHLORELLA GROWTH FACTOR, 30 ML

4. 50 bottles MULTIVITAMIN DROPS, 15 ML

5. 50 bottles MULTIVITAMIN DROPS, 30 ML

NOTE:
