Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer should have up to date and valid trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate .2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.3. Tenderer must submit a Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Third party Authorization Letter or a local agent-s issue Authorization letter.4. Tenderer must have minimum 01 (One) contract of similar goods to government/semi-government/autonomous organizations of minimum Tk. 5.0 (five) lakh taka within last 03 (three) years with successfully completed certificates supported by NOA.5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line, net of other contractual commitments of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 7.0 (seven) lakh taka with any government-scheduled Bank.6. Product warranty from the manufacturer/Supplier should be for at least 06 months from the date of installation.
