Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

Procurement of Multifunction Printer for the use of

Pantawid Staff of DSWD FO V

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V, through the

NGA, General Appropriation Act CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Million

Two Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (₱6, 274, 800.00)

being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Multifunction

Printer for the use of Pantawid Staff of DSWD FO V/IB GOP 2024-DSWD-018.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V now invites

bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required per schedule

indicated in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements Bidders should have completed,

within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar

to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding

Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
