1) The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP1, 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLE using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid. Delivery of the Goods is required within THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
