1) The Local Government Unit of Taft, Eastern Samar, through the Approved Annual Budget for the year 2022 under Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund taken from the approved Annual Investment Plan 2022 with reference code 3000-700-19 intends to apply the sum of One Million Philippine Pesos Only [ Php 1, 000, 000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Multi-Purpose Shredder. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Taft, Eastern Samar now invites bids for Procurement of Multi-Purpose Shredder using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid award criterion . Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty Calendar Days upon NTP [30 CD].
