Eligibility of Tenderer : (i) Any tenderer who has own dockyard or shipyard or drydock and experience to manufacture and supply of M.S. Pipe of similar size or larger to any Government or Semi Government or Autonomous Organization can participate in the tender. Also the tenderer must have a well furnished workshop having CNC and Bending machine to manufacture M.S. pipe of similar size or larger.
