INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MOTORIZED BANCA FOR DOLE KASAMA PROGRAM
1. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar, through the Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos and 00/100 only (P1, 378, 850.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Motorized Banca for DOLE KASAMA Program (2026-032 GOODS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for forty five (45) Calendar days. Bidders maybe new or should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
