Tondo Medical Center, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the project Procurement of Motorcycle with an Approved Budget for the Contract of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 400, 000.00) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
