4, 700, 000.00), inclusive of 12% VAT, being the Approved Budget for the

Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Motor

Vehicles with Project Reference No. 2024-01-015, with the following

particulars:



Lot 1 1 Passenger Van Php 1, 900, 000.00

Lot 2 1 Sports Utility Vehicle Php 2, 800, 000.00

Total Php 4, 700, 000.00



Bids received more than the ABC for each lot, and late bids shall be automatically

rejected at bid opening.
