1. The Municipal Government of Candelaria, Zambales, through the Five Percent (5%) Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund (LDRRMF Capital Outlay)) of LGU-Candelaria, Zambales intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php.1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the hereunder project.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
