1) The Municipal Government of Baler, through the 2026 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MISTING MACHINES, MHO, BALER, AURORA
(MGB- 2026-ITB-022). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Baler now invites bids for thePROCUREMENT OF MISTING MACHINES, MHO, BALER, AURORA (MGB-2026-ITB-022). Completion of the Works required is NINETY (90) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
