INVITATION TO BID
(Procurement of Goods)
1. The City Government of Ligao, through the GSO intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (₱1, 120, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Mini Truck - Brand New GOODS-2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City government of Ligao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is requires by 30 days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
