OFFICE OF THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MINI BACKHOE
1. The Municipality of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija, through the 5% MDRRM Fund (Special Trust Fund) for the year 2025, intends to apply the sum of ₱ 1, 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the “PROCUREMENT OF MINI BACKHOE”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery and installation of the goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
