Description : INVITATION TO BID



The Local Government Unit of Barbaza Antique, through its Gender and Development Fund (GAD Budget CY 2026) - Advocacy of ESWM Information Drive, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Pesos Only (P 852, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Rice for the Garbage in a Bottle Program of the Municipal Environment and National Resources Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



The Local Government Unit of Barbaza Antique now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) days from the Notice of Award. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instruction Bidder).
