Procurement of Microsoft software products according to the Enterprise model The subject of procurement includes the procurement of Microsoft software products according to the Enterprise model (EA), in accordance with the Product Regulations and the Online Services Regulations of Microsoft, and in accordance with this Documentation. All licenses from the subject of procurement should be delivered electronically, from protected websites with authorized access. For items in the Price List table, the technical specifications consist of the SKU (product code), the official short license name and quantity. Due to the rules of the Microsoft Enterprise model, the initially ordered quantities of products cannot be reduced until the end of the Agreement and Framework Agreement. The Contractor is obliged to inform the Client about changes to the product and related items SKUs if this occurs during the execution of the framework agreement.
