The Mindanao State University-General Santos City (MSU-GSC), through the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-PCIEERD) Funds intends to apply the sum (as stated below) as the ABC for payment under the contract for each lot/item. Bid receive in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
