(PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES FOR OUTPATIENT PRIMARY CARE)
1.The Municipality of Batuan, through the GAD- Provision of Medicines and Medical Supplies, GAD- Provision of Medicines for Mentally Challenged Person and GAD- Provision of Vitamins and Supplements - intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Seven Pesos and Fifty-Five Centavos (Php 729, 967.55) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB Solicitation No. 2026-019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2.The Municipality of Batuan now invites bids for the above Procurement and Delivery of Goods is required within 20 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders)....
