PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES FOR HATUD SERBISYO/PHARMACY SUPPLY (3RD QUARTER)
1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Municipal Health Office Funds 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Ten Pesos (Php668, 610.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Medicines for Hatud Serbisyo/Pharmacy Supply (3rd quarter) at Sumilao, Bukidnon or under the contract for this lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, now invites bids for the Procurement of Medicines for Hatud Serbisyo/Pharmacy Supply (3rd quarter) using the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
