Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Medicines for Gamot Facility
1) The Local Government Unit of Taft, Eastern Samar, through the amount received from the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (the PhilHealth) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Philippine Pesos Only [ Php 300, 000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Medicines for Gamot Facility. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Taft, Eastern Samar now invites bids for Procurement of Medicines for Gamot Facility using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen Calendar Days upon NTP [15 CD]. Bidders should have completed at least 3 years completed project from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
