PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES FOR BIOLOGICAL LIVESTOCK
1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Municipal Agriculture Office Funds CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Pesos (Php277, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Medicines for Biological Livestock with ITB No.2026-02-010) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, now invites bids for Procurement of Medicines for Biological Livestock, using the mode of procurement under the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Delivery of the Goods is required 10 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed
