Description : PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES FOR THE ANIMAL BITE AND TREATMENT CENTER
1)The Municipality of San Mariano, through the Philhealth Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Pesos (Php. 487, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medicines for the Animal Bite and Treatment Center with Solicitation No. GOODS-MHO-26-07-019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipality of San Mariano now invites bids for Procurement of Medicines for the Animal Bite and Treatment Center using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required 15 CD upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
