1. The Municipal Government of Benito Soliven, Isabela through its Bids and Awards Committee, will undertake Small Value Procurement in accordance with section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
2. The Municipal Government of Benito Soliven, Isabela hereinafter referred to as End- User requests interested applicants to submit quotation for the Procurement of Medicine with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Two Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Two Pesos (Ph 252, 562.00).
3. Interested suppliers are required to submit their valid and current Mayor's Business Permit, PhilGeps registration Number, Certificate of registration (whichever is applicable) Tax Clearance and other legal supporting documents as authorized supplier in a sealed envelope marked: (Envelope 1-Name of the Project-Eligibility Requirements).
