Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Dagami, through the General Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine-Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos (₱2, 499, 998.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Dagami now invites bids for Procurement of Medicines. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of NTP. Bidders are required to have completed at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Instructions to Bidders under Section II thereof.
3) Bidding shall be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009 and shall adopt Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) as Award Criterion.
